By placing an order with the CRUISINGHOONBADGES  website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. We do not deviate from these Terms and Conditions.

 

WE POST ITEMS ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS


HOW WE CHARGE


We accept payment via Paypal Cheque Money Order and Bank Transfer  ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNLESS PAID FOR.

In the case of payment via Bank Transfer items will not be shipped until funds have appeared in our account.

Pricing 
The prices listed on our shopping cart exclude all relevant taxes including G.S.T and do not include shipping costs. 

Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through the checkout. 


Delivery for Regular customers


- Australia
Goods are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 5 working days within Australia.

- International
Goods delivered internationally are sent via standard airmail. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks internationally.

Any orders sent overseas delayed in customs must be dealt with by the purchaser residing in the relevant country, and any fees or charges incurred through customs are the resonsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period. If you are not 100% happy with a product, you can return it for a full refund (less postage and handling), no questions asked.

All that we ask is that you return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging. We also require that you include a copy of the receipt that you received with your order.

In addition if you have been in possession of our product for 1 year or more we will not refund or exchange the product. Unless you can provide proof it have been kept in pristine condition.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.

 

Delivery for Wholesale customers

Goods are shipped within Australia via Australia Post Express only, and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 5 working days within Australia.

 

- International
Goods delivered internationally are sent via standard airmail unless other arrangements have been made before with a member of our staff which includes added costs for insurance etc...if you do not want to pay for extra coverage eg. insurance or tracking we do not take responsibility if your parcel goes astray as a result of the postal system.  We always will be able to provide a lodgement slip to reasure you that the parcel was sent.  Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks internationally.
